Project Price Definition
HIA defines the Project Price as the entire cost of the project that will be viewed by the judges. The Project Price rules are specific to the category entered, for example, Outdoor Project entries must be the cost of the works related to the outdoor area only. Townhouse of the Year and Apartment of the Year entries must be the price of the individual dwelling being entered, not the entire development.
Display Home entries need to refer to the Project Price definition specific to Display Homes.
