Your submission must include all the items in the following checklist. It is recommended you check you have digital files on your computer for each of the items below. You can modify and revisit your submission at any time prior to submitting the entry.

WRITTEN SUBMISSION
  • Provide a written submission which addresses the judging criteria. It is important to address each criteria. A good submission also provides examples (where applicable).

PHOTOGRAPHS
  • Two (2) high resolution images of your staff in landscape orientation

LOGO
  • Provide a digital company logo
